Provisioning services: There is quite many agro-ecosystems on Slovenian countryside. There is also a lot of trees, in fact 60% of our land is covered by forests. Regulating services: Forest is a large contributor in this aspect. They clean our air, prevent soil erosion, cool our climate, etc.. Habitat or Supporting services: Our land is quite suitable for many different kinds of life. Our forests are home to countless species of animals. The cave systems under our feet are home to the Proteus anguinus which is only found in this part of Europe. Cultural services: Our nature is pretty much well taken care of, this is one of the main reasons that tourists visit our country. The mountains are well visited and well known amongst tourists.
