The photo is of the entrance area of a small school here in Tripoli. I used this because it is where I have spent the most time recently because of the pandemic and resulting curfews. On the right-hand side of the photograph you can see a special section for two large generators and fuel tank. Unseen but present is another large generator housed in a specially-build underground section. The impact of high and increasing energy use, and also the impact of constant power outages resulting from instability and civil strife, has resulted in these special areas specifically built and incorporated into the architecture of the school campus
