These are individual activities not regulated by the local governement, they are organized by some collective groups that want to support economicaly those rural families. b.Regulating Services: Its been over 20 years that the local government has established the Free-car sunday in the most busy road the crosses the entire city. This long avenue has become a place for leisure and sports, a seasonal park. Since its surrounded by a fair good amount of green lanes with big trees, it has become a place where families can spend the whole day doing picnic, riding bikes, skating and so on. c. Habitat and supporting system. That is the key point of the brazilian capital. Since it was planned from its beginning, the residential area close to the city centre has become an unafordable place to live, and to live in the city with little money , you have to rent areas above commercial areas, that turned to be studiotypology with areas around 25 square meters, with little quality of life. The other alternative that has been increasing signifcantly is the co-habitation in bigger apartments
