SMART ENV APP . Dhaka is densely populated and densely built,lack of green/ open space in neighborhood . people are not oriented to scientific learning . Due to lack of green space, roof top green is rising This app will connect roof top green with scientific factors (change in air temperature in lower floors, reduction of noise, air flow change etc.). This data will be collected by placing sensors, citizen will own this sensor, will be given by the ward counsellor. Sensor will also measure daylight level in different floors. These data will be stored in counsellor office. Energy consumption bill will be correlated with this. Therefore, building with / without roof green will be compared and people will know these data. Environmental as well as built environment awareness will be created. App will show all these information real time. Also these rooftops can be a socializing space if carefully planned.middle level residents of a building rarely go to roof top/ ground floor for relaxation. Therefore, community feedback will be taken through app, what facility they want in roof. Children space, bakery training (by the community) etc can come up.
