For the construction of this building, a steel material was used, despite having the alternative of constructing it with bamboo, steel always have been chosen, since it is a traditional construction system, and the builders don't want to take risks. However, some researches have been done to replace steel with bamboo, as an indispensable and environmentally friendly material. The ground floor of the building was designed to sell products and generate income for the owners of the property.
