At first, the picture shows a lot of different construction materials such as concrete, roof tile, bricks and so on, that indicate the involvement of the globalization. These products are not made in Ecuador, but are imported from all over the world (more than 40% of construction materials are imported from China), making this products absolutely necessary for construction. Secondly, the picture also shows (behind the first buildings) the common construction materials (concrete) used for construction in this country; even thought it has to be imported from other countrys.
