According to me, the most liveable cities are: Zurich, Berna, Vancouver, Tokyo and Berlin The characteristics are: 1. Efficiency of the design 2. Security 3. Pollution free percentage 4. Accesibility of education 5. Work Enviroment I live in Barquisimeto, Venezuela and the efficinecy of the design is almost none, houses are too hot and theyb dont ventilate enough, and there is no guaranteed security, you cant trust the police or even the government. But, Barquisimeto has fresh hair and its main pollution consists of plastic and metal waste that is not collected by the trash truck. Education is expensive, and good schools that offer an education of quality are even more expensive. Finally, the work enviroment is somewhat nice, as ypu can interact with your coworkers freely, but the salary is never enough, for an employee. In my opinion, the first step to better all of this, is to elect another government that will listen to their people, and trace a plan with lots of experts and crowdsourcing.
