The globalized materials used in the building are glass, cement, steel used in the uprights and reinforced concrete, also aluminum used in the profiles of the windows, these materials are used in most of the constructions in the world. In Ecuador they are used by the low costs and the durability that offers in the structure, changing the materials that were used in the country, an example is that in the Ecuadorian coasts the sugar cane was used like main material for the constructions, on the other hand, in the highland region was used the adobe. Observing the globalization in most of the buildings that can be seen in the city today
