Five Livable cities: 1.Vienna 2.Zurich 3.Melbourne 4.Singapore 5. Sydney.This ranking goes back to several factors of which stability on the economical, educational and cultural level. Characteristics: 1-Stability and security 2- Public Services 3- Education 4- Medical Services 5- Economic environment. 1-I live in a country where there is no constant stability, several political conflict take place where people want to fight the existing regime to become a better and livable city. which is definitely the first step to achieve the goal. 2-The Transportation is already available needs some management for better directions 3-The education is available public and private sector and both are equally good in quality. 4-Medical services are also available and the medical sector is one of the most developed sector. 5-Economic Environment is very important for people to have a stable life. in Lebanon, this characteristic in specific has been a dilemma due to the bad decisions made by the political regime leading to an unstable life. What is needed in my country is to create a stable atmosphere through a new political regime which will lead to make new adjustment to develop the country and make it more livable.
