This foto reflects the type of construction of the surrounding buildings, a post colonial ones, actually this costruction are next to the goverment palace and it is used as museum and library. Specifically, this foto is of the garden in the entrance of the rooms of the library. It is possible to see how well preserved this construction is, since the historic center of Quito, the place where this building is located, was declared a Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 1978. The insivible information are the visitors of the museum and the library because they are connected, there are some exhibitions in the museum, but in the library there aren't some of these people becuase of the new tecnologies. It's a patrimonial building for this when it's time for holidays the people enter here. This visible information can become knowledge for planning this urban space helping with the amount of people that visit this place and the historic heritage that represents this library. This place is well cared because of the planning of the goverment as this course future cities teach until now.
