Visible Information: traffic, electric system, park, garbage collection system Invisible Information: Patterns of travel behavior, patterns of garbage collection system Patterns of garbage collection system: In the last few years, in Quito there has been an improvement in this system, as the city hall used the invisible information to aviod garbage accumulation. The data they used is the amount of garbage produced by neighborhoods, so they created specific routes that each truck follows to cover as much areas of the city as possible. Also they caun use information of days where more trash is produced, or which types of waste is produced in each area so they can improve the service and make the city a better place
