Most livable cities from my own experiences are- - Singapore - Toronto - San Francisco - Chandigarh - Gandhinagar Qualities of a livable city - good health care - stable environment - opportunities to grow financially and mentally - good public transportation network - unbiased and non-corrupt government Things that makes my city(Surat) livable - less vehicular congestion - above average public transportation system - lots of public parks - housing for all - easily accessible neighborhoods
