2. Invisible information: A. From the picture, we could tell this house had water-scarcity problems because we can see an old water tower next to it. B. Because of the wires connected to the light post, it could be said that the area in where the house is located is not really the most modern area in Quito. 3. I choose option A. Taking into account that the house faces water scarcity, it is also highly possible that the whole area also faces the same problem. So the way this invisible information turns into knowledge is just simply by interpretation. In order to make the area photographed a more liveable space, a project that implements the underground pipping that transports water or project whose purpose would be to find the nearest source of water for the area in order to make the transport of water easier.
