This is a picture of a small residential complex where an underground electricity system is used, it helps the esthetic of the place and also prevents any risk. This kind of system is used in place like this, where there are small amounts of buildings and the inhabitants are willing to pay for it, or in the center of the city, but air cables are used everywhere else due to higher costs.
