Culture - It has a diverse and unique culture, is endowed with exceptional natural beauty, and has many recreational opportunities. II. Housing – the housing market is affordable and inclusive. III. Job opportunities – there are many opportunities for diverse job backgrounds. IV. Safety – the city is very safe and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. V. Environment – the environment is excellent and the climate is a perfect match to my tastes. 3. On a scale of 1-100, I would give a score of 95. 4. more racial and ethnic diversity to the city. 5.
