Copenhagen These characteristics make a city livable: Urban Design, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Safety, Affordability Regensburg does not have a clear urban design structure. The infrastructure is pretty good, although there is a lack of night public transportation. The healthcare situation is pretty good. There are a lot of different possibilities to get health advices. In Regensburg, you don´t feel safe all the time so there is improvement necessary. Living in Regensburg is affordable (as a student).
