Every time you look at the big cities in the world you can see how many of them are unsustainable. Tropical countries adopt the constructive pattern of others countries, increasing the spendings with materials, as well as spending money keeping buildings at an adequate temperature, spending money in maintenance because the weather often deteriorates the materials. These same countries have in their territories natural elements that are little explored due to the lack of research and the lack of investment in research. The Laboratory initiative is essential for a more sustainable and fair architecture on our planet.
