According to me, the most liveable cities are: 1.Zurich 2.Singapore 3.Tokyo 4.Berlin 5.San Diego The characteristics accordingly are: 1.Quality of Education 2.Pollution 3.Efficiency in infrastructure 4.Security to citizen and business 5.Income and Savings I live in Kotkapura,Punjab. The quality of education is average.Pollution index is very high.The transportation mediums are normally crowded and roads are not so good enough except some parts. Security is average and with high criminal activities and threats to businessman.The city is very cheap comparatively and salary is good enough though.First of all,the transformation step would be practical and research based education in Nepal.Also,plantation activites and more electric vehicles would help in pollution reduction.The roads have to be based on soil test and surveys rather than political interest.Strict security rules would help city.Turning slow pace of infrastructure construction and maintenance into high pace would be highly transforming step.
