The night image of São Paulo shows the transit points on the main roads that cut the city at peak times. Deploying or variable speed limit or other sources such as traffic light sensors on the main roads through the volume of traffic in real time, could decrease the number of congestions and also through the volume of operation of public transport, it is possible to demand more or not from the network, being able to direct between subway, train and bus lines, so as to have a homogeneous volume of flow between them.
