In Dubai 80% of its’s population are expats; The UAE is home to over 200 nationalities, making UAE home to one of the world's highest percentage of immigrants. making expats are the main flows, but that all depend on couple of flows and stocks factors, first is the work opportunities as a flow factor that changes dramatically from year to year depending on the region economy, making people coming and leaving continually throughout the years. second the stability of the region, while UAE, is surrounded by countries that effected by political conflicts making people searching for a safe and secure country around to live in, third how attractive and fun the city looks for younger generation With it’s being a city that compete with big cities in its innovative and futuristic approaches, it made a hub to be visited or to move into, this is one of the reasons Dubai's habitat mostly from the younger generation. All this has allowed the diverse food and culture to flow into the city, paralleled with building new developments, thriving the construction industry and making all the construction resources a main flow in the city.
