Step 1: Copenhagen Berlin Paris Lyon Amsterdam Step 2: Security Education Jobs Health Infrastructure Step 3: I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Here the security is an issue as an education, job, health and infrastructure. We have zones that those characteristics are superior than others, and that qualify poverty spaces and constant disputes over citizenship. My proposal is reduce levels of inequality at the same time that increases diferents infrastructures that confirm the individual's position as a citizen, like open urban spaces for example.
