(1) The dominant fossil fuels used in his country are oil and coal. (2) The mainly dominant fossil fuels in my country with industry and transportation. (3) My proposal is aimed at developing the following actions from the territories: - Reduction of thermal needs in new houses, through a project with builders. - Replacement of street lighting with LED lamps - Thermal rehabilitation of institutional buildings. - Implementation of district refrigeration systems. - Energy efficiency program in the industrial and services sector. - Reduction of mobility needs through territorial planning. - Improve the cycle route network and implement a public bicycle system. - Improve comfort conditions for walking the city. - Forced extraction systems for biogas and energy use in sanitary landfills. - Promotion of the use of biodigesters. - Incorporate green purchasing and contracting criteria. - Combination of green roofs decreasing the use of refrigeration systems with the installation of photovoltaic energy in buildings. - Promotion of a strategic public transport system (incorporating the replacement of diesel buses with natural gas). - Reduce mobility needs through the transformation of environmental and mobility criteria into urban planning: compact and diverse neighborhoods.
