The picture from the top of a high rise building in Tokyo beautifully shows the transit-oriented development concept in working. We can clearly see the tall buildings along the roads and also very tall buildings as a cluster possibly near the train stations. If one combines this with the mobility patterns of the people during the office hours, we can make the density of the people visible in the city as transit-oriented development.
