A. Provisioning Services Our ecosystem provides conditions for growing food. The suburbs have ample space and the right climate for growing produce such as fruits and veggies, grapes for winemaking and for making delicious cheese. B. Regulating Services Local climate and air quality. My area has a large park with abundance of trees and plants which help provide shade and regulate local temperature in the summer. It also helps regulate air quality thus making the air here feel much cleaner than the city. C. Habitat or Supporting services Local parks and vegetation provides correct ecosystem for migratory and local species. D. Cultural Services My local area has invested lots of time and effort to grow and encourage the importance of the arts. It has multiple art centres, galleries and museums and has been dubbed the ‘arts percent’ of Melbourne.
