I took this picture when I went to visit the coast side of Shanghai, practically everywhere around the coast is covered with wind turbines. Wind energy is the best way to supply with energy several coastal rural villages and the biggest container port in China, located outside the city. Also the coast of the city has been modify completely with highways in order to get a fast connection between the port and the central city. Wind energy farms covers the hole water territory of Shanghai and has a strong impact over the landscape, specially when referring to leisure activities that are practically zero, the coast of Shanghai is for energy purposes, not for enjoyment, it is very difficult to reach de sea level and practically has no services. As we can see, water and wind are essentially energy.
