I live in Lebanon, and one of the main issues the country is facing is electricity. People pay 2 bills they only have electricity every 6 hours and then it switches to "Motor" (private sectors). we dont use any renewable energy sources although we have plenty. As for the visual aspect, whenever you walk in the streets all you see are electrical cables connected to the houses there is no valid use of infrastructure. As for the waste management in recent years they fixed the connection in 80% of the cities but we still have several countries where things are not connected. There is no Transportation network but regular buses on the highway and taxis in every country. A Master Plan is definitely needed to fulfill the minimal specification for a urban developed country. Lebanon has all the assets needed but we need to have experts and directive to realize the plan. The picture is taken in Gemmayze on of the parts of city center of Beirut.
