Based on my experience. (cities hat I have gone) this is my list of the most livable cities. Sydney Vancouver Hamburg Munich Dresden and in my opionion important index are Safety and Healthcare Environment, Atmosphere and Culture Public Utilities and Infrastructure (including Education) Transportation Cost of living and Accommadation Bangkok In term of safety, Bangkok is not that bad but there are some crime that occur in the city. On the other ahnd,I personaly think that Bangkok has a very good healthcare system. In term of Environment, since Bangkok is a hot and humid city, it is very hard to make your self feel comfortable. Having more trees and parks may really help and make the situation better. In Bangkok, there are thoundsand of cultural places but lack of good management. Bangkok is really try the best to build more infrastructure. Multiple metro, expressway and road are under construction. Cost of living in Bangkok is rapidly changes. People wih low wages facing some finacial problems because of that. developing Bangkok to a sustainable and reseliant city is a must right now and I really want to be a part of that changes.
