As we all know, India ‘s poverty line is abysmal, I feel, liveability should start by educating people and creating a safe and a healthy environment with equality and secular neighbourhood. People, also see that New Delhi has become a city for cars instead of people, therefore, making a pedestrian friendly city would help to encourage the quality of living.
