1. The dominant fossil fuels used in the United States are oil and gas. 2. The fossil fuels are mostly used for transportation and "other" uses. 3. To reduce the consumption of fossil fuels, I would recommend incentives to develop and use renewable energy technology and reduce driving through growth in inner city areas.
