1. Defining livability: Livability is the quality of life of all citizens in the city. 2. Ranking livability: housing 1, health 2, neighborhood 3, environment 4, opportunity 5, transportation 6, engagement 7. 3. Three cities and their livability scores: San Diego 56, Cape Coral 48, Detroit 47. The housing factor was the most important factor for me, when I customized the scores, they were as following: San Diego 45, Cape Coral 44 and Detroit 54. San Diego went down the most, probably because there is a lot of demand for houses and available houses are scarce. Detroit went up, because in this city there are a lot of houses available, so getting a house in this city is not a problem!
