In my view, this is my top of liveable cities that I know: 1. Osaka, Japan; 2. Barcelona, Spain; 3. Santiago de Cuba, Cuba; 4.Kyoto, Japan; 5.Mendoza, Argentina; Charateristics for a liveable city: 1. Safety; 2. Walkability; 3. Warmth people; 4. Green mobility; 5.Cleanliness; +Infrastructure nearby to the citizens (healthcare, education, markets, etc.) Nowadays I live in Bogotá, Colombia and the only characteristic that the city achieve is the warmth of the people. Persons use to be very kind an they are ready to help to the others most of the time. The safety has negative indicators not only in the city but in the country too, and fot that reason is not safe to walk often in the streets of the city. In relation about green mobility and cleanliness, at the moment doesn't exist politic will to implement sustainable public transportation systems that improve the quality of the air and reduce the noise in the city. The first that we have to transform the education and attitude of the citizens to make them feel responsible of the actual situation of the city, that it makes them start a change since inside of their own houses.
