The application is for planners to know where to focus development based from the perspective of the app user. The main objective of the app is to collect entries from users (citizens) and will able to compile the results and show them to both the app users and government officials. the app will enable user can be able to enter an observation about their general area (by turning on location services) or a certain area (by clicking on the map or using the search feature) using the observation tab. Here a user can answer a short survery, be it be about safety, environment, health, traffic, etc., as well as submit photos and comments about the area. The app will also collect demographic data from the profile tab this will be also used for the analysis made by the app. Here the app may also reward people who requently submit observations. The information from several entries will be combined and shown in the view tab. Here citizens and government officials can view the analyzed data collected by the app. Government officials can also post developments in certain areas to inform the app users.
