Project that could involve all citizens in designing a better city and better quality of life, improving the environment and tolerance in the city of Novi Sad could be called "My Neighborhood" and it should encourage citizens to improve their basic culture - the culture of living. This project should develops gathering of citizens around the idea of ​​raising awareness of the level of urban culture of their immediate environment through an original way of participation. During the program, at various locations in the city, in different neighborhoods, boards should be set up where citizens could write what they wanted to change in their neighborhood. Volunteers should on hand at each panel to promote the project and to encourage and assist citizens in contributing and writing their views. After each day, the filled panels could be photographed and the foils wiped so that they could be filled in the next day. A similar project already took place in Novi Sad (within European Capital of Culture 2021 project). It should definitely be promoted and ran again, because citizens gladly took part and contributed to the positive outcome of the project.
