This image has been taken from IEA WEBSITE which tells the consumption of energy sources. The main energy sources in india till 2017 has been Oil , Petrolium and biowaste. I would recommend to depend more and more on biowaste energy sources because it will help in less co2 consumption and would help in building our own economy. This would also reduce the waste that are hugely generated in many parts of our country and is thrown in the river as it is which would result in various kind of pollution. Depending upon biowaste would also reduce dependency on petrolium and we would be able to save a lot of money by not importing it.
