Most liveable cities based on my judgement: Vienna Munich Zurich Singapore London Characteristics considered: mobility (quality of transport infrastructure, inclusiveness – accessibility of transport and public places for people with different needs); healthcare; education; safety (low crime levels); business-friendly (ease of doing business, level of private property protection). Kyiv needs a transformation in multiple areas to improve on the above characteristics. Physical infrastructure needs to be improved: roads built and repaired, transportation units should be replaced by safer, more efficient and ecologically friendly; find parking solutions or decrease the number of private vehicles around the city; ensure access to the roads and public facilities for the wheelchairs and buggies. What else would one do? Transform the education system to eliminate widespread corruption and increase the quality of education and its correspondence to realities of the market. So, the quality of the new generation of healthcare professionals and teachers will improve. Ensure accessibility of healthcare and education for everyone by providing subsidies or state insurance if needed. Create enough employment opportunities to reduce incentive for crimes and increase the effectiveness of law enforcement bodies. Adopt and enforce the regulation for business-friendlier atmosphere.
