I would have loved to upload photos, but we can’t go out because of Covid-19. One of the main stocks and flows found in the city, I believe, are food, people and pollution. Food comes from outside the city, either from small towns, other cities in Colombia or other countries. It’s transported and some processed inside the city, and it’s delivered to shops or supermarkets. People buy it, cook it, eat it and then it becomes waste which is processed outside the city. People can be stocks, if they’ve been staying here for some time, but there is a constant flow of foreign people that come to visit the city, which could be definitely seen as a benefit for the city’s economy and cultural exchange. Pollution is often a stock in the city because it’s hard for it to go out of it. Before it was pollution, we know that is came from the processing and transport of materials. By changing certain factors affecting this process like technological advances, it could be reduced and benefit people and animal’s health.
