The idea for an app for my city would be as follows. It is quite often that people are leaving bg pieces of furniture which is to be thrown out outside by the garbage. Unfortunately that is often directly on the street. This collection of bigger than usual garbage happens regularly. However for some reason people do not coordinate the date of the collection with throwing out of big garbage. Therefore there could be app to summon garbage collectors on demand to remove those big pieces of furniture etc.
