In my city, the flow of food comes from multiple sources. Regardless of type, it is coming from all over the world. With current health scare the flow, is being globally affected and supply is thinning. The stock of retail locations and infrastructure is there, but the flow is diminished. Resources stocks in other parts of the country are becoming no longer viable due to a lack of need and financial willingness to pay for resources. Thirdly the stock of housing is likely to drop in value as the global lack of movement is making the temporary housing no longer viable as an alternative and landlords switch back to longer term rentals.
