In the last fifteen years, in Bogotá, in middle of residential areas have assembled communication's towers with the objective of increase the cellphone's network. This infrastructure has had a huge negative impact over the landscape of the city and over the everyday of the neighbourhoods because the tower breaks with the homogeneity and tranquillity of the neighbourhoods, and the inhabitants, nearest to the tower, tend to complain about illness and physical alterations caused by the electromagnetic fields of these elements. The noise use to be another feature of trouble for the residents near to these network systems. So, the question is , Which is the priority in the city, the infrastructure or the people?
