This picture has been taken from top of the Milad tower in Tehran. visible information clearly shows that night is starting and workers are coming back to their houses. But we can understand invisible information such as: 1.this side of the city is limited by mountain 2.you can see unmoving light points every where, so we can exploit this fact that the population are almost distributed and not centralized only in some areas. Also the density of moving light points are almost the same at different routs which indicates that workplaces are not centralized too. 3.you can see a big vacant parcel in front of the tower where the picture has been taken.this part isn't even a park because you can't see any light points here. so this parcel could be a useful lot for people in future if the city managers consider it as a opportunity to construct a park, huge medical center and ... .
