My list of most livable cities: 1) Wellington, New Zealand 2) Hamburg, Germany 3)Copenhagen, Denmark 4) Zürich, Switzerland 5)Melbourne, Australia. Why? 1) Internationalisation 2) Health and Safety 3) Education 4)Art and Culture 5)Public Transport. My city of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia could be better in livability if :1. People , local and international are equally treated 2) Women, children and vulnerable are protected and cities are designed for us, 3)Authorities can make more connections of pedestrian to Public Transport system powered by electricity to reduce pollution both the noise and heat . 4) Public education and trust in civic mindedness are formed and 5) Appreciation for culture, heritage is embedded in the city landscape and architecture
