I am living in Kansas city in the US. I chose this place for two saneness- for education purposes and 2- this city is more cheaper than others. I have lived in Boston before this city then i got a hard time Financially. So, i would say, to chose a place to live in, it determined by some factors: economic side, education side, and may be clamite side.
