Roads, buses, subways, trains. • Attract companies, tourists and talent for local employment • Quality public/private healthcare/hospitals • Quality public/private education How does Racine compare? Racine will become more economically fit with the addition of the Foxconn facility being built west of the city. We are multi-cultured and raced with an above average crime rate. The weather conditions are perfect in the spring, summer and fall, but the winters are terrible. Transportation in Racine is via car, bus, taxi or Uber. There are nearby trains to Chicago and Milwaukee. Roads in Racine are always under repair due to the winter conditions. Until now, Racine was not great for companies to move, but with Foxconn moving here, there are businesses going up. There will be more jobs, people moving in, businesses starting. There are local and regional hospitals located in and around Racine. The grade school & high schools are not great in Racine. The colleges around Racine are incredible.
