I live in Banjska village in Vushtrri because of Climate, Environment, Infrastructure, Transportation and Safety. In the picture attached above can be seen that city is near and in this village infrastructure of roads and sewage is very good. Environment is quite and air is not polluted. There is a private transportation every day to the city and the safety is height. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? 3. If I would be a major of the city the first thing I would change is the planning system for the city. I would start with Spatial planning, urban planing and regulatory plans for the city. 5.
