Water, food and people. Water is a stock within the area of Xochimilco in Mexico City. It eventually turns into a flow as the water from this location is taken to provide with water to the rest of the city. But at the same the water that stays in the location is use for recreational activities. Food is also a stock in Xochimilco, as it is grown in the area, it becomes a flow when it is transported to the rest of the city. People is an important cultural stock in Xochimilco, as the local people still save local traditions and festivities, however people leave this region in search of better opportunities. Even though Mexico City has its own local stocks as water and food it is not enough to provide to the entire city, so it is necessary to bring these resources from other parts of the country.I believe it is necessary to revalue the local resources and rescue the natural environment as it can help make it self sufficient in the future, as the natural conditions are there to grow food and provide water,but it needs to be restored.
