The dominant fossil fuels used in my country Argentina is petroleum which has a production of 27.94 million tons of this and the industry that uses this resource the most is transportation with a consumption of 13.18 million tons. Given the study of the use of energy in my country, it is evident that drastic measures must be taken to overcome the enormous degree of pollution that the transport industry generates. Another policy would be to boost the importation of electric vehicles (there is no car manufacturing in Argentina) but for this it will be essential to adapt the city with electric charging stations, in addition to providing easy access to these vehicles. Another initiative will be to condition the bike paths already created and introduce new routes to connect the entire city. Promote the use of public transport through a more organized system, with more efficient routes and electric transport. Currently, public transport is not widely used due to the loss of time due to poor planning (example: a trip from 12km on the outskirts of the city to the center of the city can last 1 hour 20 minutes while the vehicle can last 20 minutes.
