My city does not meet any habitability criteria mentioned above Habitability score 10 out of 100 The first measure that I would take would be to change the productive matrix towards a healthier one, since fracking is allowed in my city, being a city with a water emergency and allocating millions of liters to this industry has nothing for the future of citizens.
