I would like to share the view from the city center of Vilnius, Lithuania. As the name of the photo suggests - it was taken on January 12, 2020 at 3:05:23PM. The visible information shows the winter climate in this part of the world - absence of snow, somewhat cloudy sky, it's light but the sunset seems to be approaching soon. The architecture is baroque, 4-5 floor buildings, shops on the ground floor. Car traffic is forbidden but only on weekends and weekdays from 7pm till 4am. People are wearing thick clothes, mostly dark colors.
