The stocks and flows that I highlight are: people, food and water. Understanding the flow of people in the area could help study the expansion of urbanization because where I live, people tend to look for a way of life apart from the city, noise and above all insecurity but this is what makes informal settlements are created that bring insecurity to the area because expansions to certain lands are not planned. Another stock and flow that I highlight is water, water resources are of great importance here because there is a great shortage, my city has 10 years of water crisis because it no longer snows due to global warming and the city is not Prepared for efficient resource management, creating concise policies could help take care of this resource, such as regulating the irrigation systems of private neighborhoods where a lot of resources are wasted because it is not controlled. Finally, the food here produces a large carbon footprint because they are imported a serious solution to promote urban gardens and local consumption.
