1. Climate, Housing, Transportation, Political Stability and Job Opportunities 2. I live in Glasgow, because of: a. Work Opportunities and Professional Development, b. Good Salaries, c. Very friendly environment and people, d. Political Views – Most people in Glasgow share the same values and political views with myself, e. Accessibility to travel destinations and all types of products and services. 3. Climate 50/100, Housing 65/100, Transportation 90/100, Political Stability 70/100, Job Opportunities 75/100. A general Livability score for Glasgow would be 70/100 4. The term ‘Glasgow Effect’ refers to the unexplained extremely low life expectancy observed in General and it it is inherently tied to climate, poverty, bad health system and lack of education. If I was a mayor, my first focus would be balancing the the inequalities and allow benefits to people in need with introducing different criteria. I would ask for European funding for turning derelict listed buildings into homeless shelters, I would increase taxes for the most profitable companies and provide free wifi to some public spaces. 5. The three places would be: Barcelona, Costa Rica, Chile.
